Overview
- Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- Custom-tailored items are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
- Tags must remain attached. Items with removed or cut tags cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We reserve the right to determine whether a returned item is used or unused.
- Restocking Fee: All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Gift cards
- Custom-tailored items
- Sale items
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care items
Backorders
If an item is backordered, you will be notified via email. By default, we will assume you agree to wait for the backordered item unless you notify us otherwise. You have 48 hours during business days to cancel a backordered item for a full refund. This cancellation option does not apply to custom-tailored items.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged:

- Approved exchanges will be processed for the same item.

Return Shipping Costs:
- You are responsible for shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you:
